OUR COURSES
How do I enroll into a course?
Enrolling into courses is easy! Simply click 'enroll' on the course you'd like to study, and follow the steps through the registration and payment page to proceed. Once your payment is processed you'll be automatically logged in and you can start your learning journey.
How long do I have to complete my course, is there a deadline?
Unless otherwise specified, all of our courses are at your own pace and can be completed over any time period, there is no deadline or expiry for a course once you have enrolled.
How often do you update your course content to ensure it stays relevant?
We review and update our course content at least every six months, pending no changes to relevant government or workplace legislation or laws. If changes to legislation or laws are introduced, our content is updated immediately to reflect these changes.
How do I receive my course certificate?
Easy! As soon as you have passed your final assessment in the course, your PDF certificate will be sent to you via email instantly. You can also access all of your certificates any time through your online profile with TCLH Academy.
I purchased the wrong course! Can it be changed?
Yes, if you make a mistake when you purchase your course and have no accessed any of the content, we can easily switch you over to the correct course of your choosing. Simply send an email to hello@tclhacademy.com.au and we'll get onto it straight away.
Are their any pre-requirements before purchasing a course?
Unless otherwise specified, all of our courses that provide certificates of completion have no pre-requisites for enrollment.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, simply go to the login page and click 'forgot my password' and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Who can help me with technical support?
Our dedicated team is available during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm either by phone or email, you can find these details on our 'contact us' page. If you contact us outside of hours, we will respond to you on the next business day.
PAYMENTS & BILLING
How secure are online payments?
Extremely secure, we use only PayPal and Stripe to process payments, both of which hold the most stringent level of safety certifications available in the payments industry. When purchasing a course with us you can be confident that all of your personal information is handled correctly with TCLH Academy.
How can I keep track of my payment and course purchase history?
All of your payment and course purchase history is stored in the 'my profile' section of your TCLH Academy account and can be viewed any time.
What are all the way’s courses can be purchased? Are there payment plans?
At this time we do not offer payment plans for our courses, but if you'd like to know more, get in touch with us to discuss.
I have a business and want to buy courses for my staff, can I set up an account?
The answer is yes! We offer credit accounts to all Australian businesses with a registered ABN. To apply for an account, contact us by email via hello@tclhacademy.com.au to obtain an application form.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
What personal information does TCLH hold? Is this shared with other organisations?
We adhere to all government guidelines and regulations when it comes to privacy, and we take our responsibility to your privacy and safety seriously. All of our privacy information and policies can be found by clicking any of the links at the bottom of our web pages.
Can I access the course on more than one computer?
Our website allows you to access your learning content on any compatible device at any time, however you can only be actively logged in to one session at a time, per course, per device.
